Every invitation is made to order. After you buy, we contact you to collect your details — names, date, wording, fonts and language. Nothing is printed until it looks exactly right.
Do I see a proof before printing?
Yes, always. You receive a digital proof of your design and we only go to print once you approve it. No surprises.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We recommend ordering a single sample so you can check the paper, colours and finish in person before placing your full order.
What is your return policy?
Because each invitation is personalized and made just for you, custom orders can't be returned or exchanged. This is why we send a proof for your approval before printing. Non-personalized items follow the standard 14-day EU return right.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on EU orders over €59. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout based on your country.
