How much are the shipping costs for posters?

Your order is shipped free of charge from 59 euros. For orders under 59 euros, we charge shipping costs of 4.95 euros. If you choose express delivery, the shipping costs are 12 euros.

What are the delivery times?

The delivery time is 2-4 working days. This applies regardless of whether you have your poster delivered within Germany or to another EU country. As a rule, these delivery times are met. Only in rare cases may delays occur.

Is tracking available?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your parcel tracking link in your shipping confirmation e-mail. It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Our parcels are shipped by DHL or Hermes. You can track your shipment from us all the way to your home.

If you were not at home during a delivery attempt, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby parcel shop. You will receive a notification by e-mail.

Where is my order?

After placing your order, you will receive further information about the expected handover period of your products to DHL. As a rule, handover to our shipping partner takes 1-2 working days. After your posters have been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, you will receive another e-mail with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link. Please note that we hand over your products to our shipping partners as soon as they are available. DHL usually requires 2-3 working days for delivery.

If the tracking information does not update, it may take 2-3 working days for a new update in some cases. However, this is rather an exception and not the rule. Please contact us if the tracking information has not been updated for more than 5 working days. Please include your order number and e-mail address so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

Which countries do you deliver the posters to?

We deliver our posters and picture frames to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden.

Are there shipping costs for vouchers?

Vouchers are shipped free of charge and are available to you immediately after purchase and payment.

What happens if my parcel is damaged?

If you have received a product that is damaged upon arrival or faulty in any way, please send an e-mail to our customer service as soon as possible at info@paperly.co.

Please attach pictures of the damaged product and the packaging to your message. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your delivery and order.

What happens if I do not collect my parcel?

For deliveries that are returned to us because the customer did not collect the goods, we charge a fee of €29 to cover our costs for packaging material and shipping.

How much are the shipping costs for picture frames?

The costs are added per frame according to the respective shipping price listed here.
